Course Description
This course is designed to equip participants with the skills to foster innovation within public sector organizations, focusing on creativity and effective management to address complex governmental challenges. Participants will explore the unique characteristics of innovation in public services and the government's role in driving change. They will learn about innovation models like Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean Innovation, and apply these frameworks to public sector contexts through hands-on activities, including developing innovation roadmaps, conducting SWOT analyses, and prioritizing initiatives. The course also covers policy development to support innovation and addresses common challenges, providing strategies to overcome them. By the end, participants will be prepared to lead and manage innovation initiatives that meet the evolving needs of the public sector.
